The main auditorium building on the site is proposed to keep its existing zoning with no changes. The uses will continue as religious worship facility and also allow for a cultural center and/or community theater uses under the Public Facilities zoning.
The existing house is proposed to become a coffee house and eatery establishment. This use will require the proposed rezone to Neighborhood Commercial for the remaining site.
The existing office building is proposed to have office use with the potential of retail or restaurant uses too. These uses also require the rezone to Neighborhood Commercial.
